MALANG - Police said that the woman with the initials RT (56) who was found dead at her house in Malang, East Java, was allegedly killed by her husband with the initials S.

The victim was found dead by his son, at his home, Jalan Emprit Mas, Sukun District, Malang City, Friday, September 17.

Currently, the police are still investigating this incident to determine the articles that are suspected of the alleged perpetrators. Police are still waiting for the results of the autopsy of the victim's body.

"We will release it because later between 338 (intentionally killing) or 340 (premeditated murder) are related to the case. It's his girlfriend like a serial marriage. We will release it later," said Malang City Police Chief AKBP Budi Hermanto to reporters, Friday, September 24.

To determine the article that is suspected of being the perpetrator, the police are still waiting for the autopsy results from the Malang City RSSA.

To the police, S has confessed to his actions. Currently S is being held at the Mapolresta and has been named a suspect.

"The perpetrator has (confessed). Already here (at the Mapolresta). We did an inspection on Monday and Tuesday and we made arrests," he said.

The police confirmed that they would reveal the chronology and motive for the alleged murder in the near future.

"After we release the results of the autopsy. Today we are coordinating with the hospital," he said.
