Mother's Biological Child Abused In Jepara, Before She Died The Victim Had A Message For Her Child To Lie About The Perpetrator

JEPARA - The Jepara Police Team, Central Java, arrested a teenager with the initials MF (17) for molesting his biological mother to death.

"The physical violence experienced by SM (34), a resident of Singorojo Village, Mayong District, Jepara Regency, occurred on Sunday (19/9) at around 14:00 WIB," said Jepara Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head AKP M. Fachrur Rozi quoted from Antara, Wednesday, 22 September.

The abuse began when the victim saw the perpetrator relaxing while watching television. The victim reprimanded his son for not working.

There was an argument that the perpetrator abused his biological mother with his bare hands and a kitchen knife.

Seeing his mother's condition, the perpetrator panicked and then asked the nearest neighbor for help to take the victim to the PKU Muhammadiyah Mayong Hospital. However, the victim's life could not be saved because he died around 17.00 WIB.

"A mother's love for all time is true. In such a condition, I ordered the perpetrator to tell his father that he was stabbed by a madman who entered his house," said AKP Fachrur Rozi.

At the time of the incident, the perpetrator's father was at work. The perpetrator then contacted his father to take his mother to the hospital.

At the time of exhumation of the bodies, residents were suspicious of the victims who found a number of bruises and sharp weapons. The residents then reported it to the local police.

"Finally, MF admitted what he did to his mother," he said.

The perpetrator was charged with Article 44 paragraph 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law number 23/2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence.
