JAKARTA – Inspector General of Police Napoleon Bonaparte (NB) is said to have beaten and smeared Muhammad Kosman alias Muhammad Kece with human waste. This was known after the police conducted an examination of the abuse case experienced by Kece at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police

The Director of General Crimes (Dirtipidum) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi, citing Antara, Sunday night, confirmed the information.

"In the examination, it was revealed that apart from the beating, the perpetrator NB also smeared the victim's face and body with human waste that had been prepared by the perpetrator," said Brigadier General Andi.

Andi said the incident occurred on the same day Kece was tortured in solitary confinement.

"Yes, while hitting him, he also smeared human waste," said Brigadier General Andi.

The human excrement, said Andi, had been prepared by Napoleon and stored in his cell. A witness claimed to have received orders to take the excrement.

Then the perpetrator smeared the dirt on the face and body of M Kece, a suspect in the alleged crime of blasphemy.

"One of the witnesses was ordered by NB to take the package of dirt that had been prepared in NB's room, then NB himself smeared it," said Andi.

Inspector General Napoleon was reported in the case of persecution reported by Muhammad Kosman alias Muhammad Kece to the Criminal Investigation Police of the Indonesian National Police on August 26, 2021.

This case of persecution has been followed up by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police, and is in the investigation stage. A total of three witnesses were examined at the beginning of the incident, so the number is now increasing.

Napoleon was detained at the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Police in connection with the bribery case and the abolition of the "red notice" of fugitive Djoko Tjandra.
