From the victim's complaint, the bank investigated it and it was found that the party conducting the transaction was not a customer. This matter was forwarded to the police.

"Starting from around last September, there were several customers from one of the state-owned banks who denied that there was a transaction in his account. So he denied that there had been a transaction in his account", said Yusri.

"Then after checking through CCTV on the ATM machine, it was found out that the transaction was not the owner himself", he continued.

After conducting an investigation, the police arrested the three perpetrators. Perpetrators have been committing crimes by skimming for a year.

"They admit that they have taken IDR 30 billion in one year", said Yusri.

The three suspects were charged with Article 30 paragraph 2 of the ITE Law, Article 6 with a threat of 7 years in prison Article 32 in conjunction with Article 48 of the Criminal Code.
