Facts Revealed, The Woman In Banyuwangi Who Throws The Baby Fetus Into The Well Turns Out To Be A Victim Of Obscenity

BANYUWANGI - An underage woman in Banyuwangi, East Java, who dumped her newborn baby into a well is currently undergoing treatment.

From the results of the investigation, the baby's mother was a victim of sexual intercourse by a neighbor with the initials SW (60). Now SW has been arrested and detained at the Banyuwangi Mapolresta.

"There are two LPs (police reports) for underage intercourse and the disposal of babies," said Banyuwangi Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner Nasrun Pasaribu when contacted, Friday, September 10.

Nasrun said the victim was persuaded by his neighbor so that sexual intercourse took place. Then the underage woman became pregnant and gave birth at the clinic.

"We are processing this (legal) process, the victim is seduced and accompanied by something and then has sex," he said.

The police, said Nasrun, will exercise discretion with restorative justice regarding the mother who threw the baby away. Because the mother can be said as a victim.

She allegedly threw away her dead fetus in a panic.

"We protect it and we don't process it through mediation," he said.

It was previously reported that an underage woman in Banyuwangi, East Java, was reported to have dumped her newborn baby into a well.

The incident occurred at a clinic in Dadapan Village, Kabat District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, Friday, September 10.

At first this underage girl came to the clinic complaining of a headache and stomach ache. But it turned out to give birth to a fetus which later died.

However, from CCTV camera footage, the perpetrator left the bathroom and headed for the well behind the clinic. The fetus was then thrown into the well.
