The Suspected Terrorist In Grogol Sits As A Jemaah Islamiyah Syuro Council, His Duty Is Advisory

JAKARTA - The National Police said that one of the suspected terrorists with the initials SH is the Syuro Council of the Jamaah Islamiyah (JI) network. So, in the terrorist network, SH is an advisor.

"Yes, the Shura Council is the advisor. JI's advisor," said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Kombes Ahmad Ramadhan, when confirmed, Friday, September 10.

To find out more about his role other than as an advisor, the suspected terrorist SH is still undergoing intensive examination. Because, there are allegations that SH has a bigger role in terrorist groups.

SH was arrested at his residence in the Grogol Petamburan area, West Jakarta. Thus, annulled his statement which stated that SH was arrested in the Bekasi area.

"SH was arrested this morning at 08.15 WIB," said Ramadhan.

Meanwhile, two other suspected terrorists, S and MEK, were arrested in the North Bekasi area. They were caught on the way.

"The location of his first arrest (MEK) was on Jalan Mangga, Harapan Jaya, North Bekasi. The second (S) was arrested on Jalan Harpit Raya, North Bekasi," said Ramadhan.
