Police Investigate Case Of Alleged Domestic Violence Of Jonathan Frizzy

JAKARTA - Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Ipda Grace, confirmed that Dhena Devanka had complied with the request for clarification from the South Jakarta Metro Police investigators on the alleged case of Domestic Violence (KDRT).

"Today he was invited for clarification. Dhena is the reporter," he said when confirmed by VOI, Friday, August 27, noon.

The report was made on May 21, 2021, Dhena Devanka reported that Jonathan Frizzy, her husband, had committed domestic violence to her. Even though he has been married for 9 years.

"Because the investigation is still in progress, the leadership will report the progress of the case later," he said.

When contacted separately, the Head of Criminal Investigation at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Achmad Akbar, said that his party would investigate the domestic violence case process, with the reporter Dhena Devanka and the reported being allegedly Jonathan Frizzy.

"We will further explore whether this case will go up to the investigation and investigation stage or not after hearing the explanation from D," Kompol Achmad told reporters, Friday, August 27, afternoon.

Furthermore, his party will summon witnesses who know the truth about the alleged case of domestic violence received by Dhena, which was allegedly committed by her husband.

"After the witness, we will investigate it later and maybe the process will continue with the summoning of the reported party (Jonathan Frizzy)," he said.

Akbar said that his party continues to process the domestic violence report from Dhena, who is also the victim of the complainant, because there is some strong evidence to continue the case.

"As in the case of domestic violence, the evidence must not be separated from the results of the post-mortem. The results of this post-mortem have been received by investigators. (cause) Yes, of course it is still an internal family problem," he said.

Furthermore, Akbar said that the domestic violence carried out by the reported was of course physical in the victim.

"Of course it is based on the visa," he said.

Akbar said the investigators would be open and professional.

"Whatever happens outside the investigation process, I'm sorry, it's a litigation right," he said.
