Death Cases Due To COVID-19 In Cirebon City Increase, Total Reached 550 People

JAKARTA - The number of deaths due to COVID-19 in the city of Cirebon, West Java, has increased again, where on Friday 17 people died, although there were additional recoveries reaching 585. According to Antara, Friday, August 20, data from the Handling Task Force (Satgas) COVID-19 Cirebon City stated that the number of deaths due to COVID-19 in the area had increased compared to the previous day. On Thursday, August 19, there were 12 deaths due to COVID-19, then on Friday, August 20, it increased to 17 people. With the addition of 17 deaths in a day, the accumulation of Cirebon City residents from the beginning of the pandemic to the present who have died from COVID-19 has increased to 550 people.

In addition to the addition of death cases, on the same day the number of recovered cases also increased sharply, reaching 585 people recovering in a day. Likewise for the addition of daily cases, as of this Friday, there were 123 people who were declared exposed to COVID-19, bringing the total to 12,662 people. Residents who were confirmed positive for COVID-19 in Cirebon City were 12,662 people, with details of 418 undergoing treatment and self-isolation, 550 died and 11,629 recovered.
