Kapendam Jaya Reveals The Fate Of AMT Praka After Blocking Ambulance Cars

JAKARTA - Kapendam Jaya Colonel Arh Herwin BS spoke about the Praka AMT personnel of the Jaya Regional Military Command who were detained for unpleasant acts and traffic violations. According to Herwin, currently Praka AMT has been detained at Denpom Jaya 2/Cijantung, East Jakarta.

"Currently Praka AMT as a member of Yonzipur 11/DW Kodam Jaya has been detained and Denpom Jaya 2/Cijantung has taken steps against the person concerned by making a case report." wrote Kapendam Jaya Colonel Arh Herwin BS via a short message received by VOI, Wednesday, August 18.

Herwin BS also said that so far his party had made a request for a Papera warrant and coordinated the implementation of the articles that would be imposed by Praka AMT.

“Examined two witnesses, drafted an application for Papera's warrant, and coordinated with Otmilti II JKT regarding the plan to implement the provisional article imposed, Article 311 paragraph (1) of the Law. RI Number 22 of 2009 concerning LLAJ and Article 335 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code," said Herwin BS.

As previously reported, the ambulance driver, Gholib, uploaded a recording of his journey while carrying a premature baby who was in critical condition on Thursday, August 12, last week.

In the video, he accidentally hits the rear view mirror of a motorcycle driven by a member of the Indonesian Army while crossing Jalan Otista Raya, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. However, the motorcyclist immediately chased the ambulance until it blocked its speed.
