JAKARTA - Jerinx admitted that he was sick when he was summoned to the Metro Jaya Police to undergo the first examination of a case of alleged threats. In response to this, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said that his party had no problem with this. However, Yusri said, if the police continued to be absent, they would forcefully pick them up according to the rules.

"He admits he is sick, not healthy. Is it okay? It's okay, there will be a mechanism, later we will make a second call," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Monday, August 9.

In fact, Yusri continued, his party will not have a problem if later on the second call Jerinx still does not fulfill it for the same reason.

But for the record, this call is not for clarification. This is because this case has been investigated and Jerinx will be investigated as a suspect.

"The second time, you can say you are sick, go ahead. There is another mechanism, maybe but we hope that Brother J can attend here because we are summoned, yes, we are called to carry out an examination. Yusri.

It is on this third call that the investigator will act. Investigators will forcibly pick up Jerinx with a warrant to take him. This action is also in accordance with the existing rules and mechanisms.

"We'll see later, right? This is just a plan to get a second call, what if the second one doesn't show up? We have brought another mechanism, all of them have to come here," said Yusri.

Previously, it was reported that Jerinx SID had canceled his examination as a suspect in the alleged threat of violence at the Polda Metro Jaya. Jerinx again reasoned that he was sick.

"Earlier, there was a contact (communication) from brother J himself and his legal representative who said that today the person concerned could not attend because he was still unwell," Yusri said.

With Jerinx's absence, investigators plan to send a second summons for questioning. However, for now investigators will continue to wait according to the applicable regulations.

"Tomorrow we are planning for a second summons because the mechanism is like that according to the Criminal Code, we will do a second summons later. Tomorrow we plan," said Yusri.
