BMKG Weather Forecast: Some Areas In Indonesia Experience Light Rain

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts a number of areas in Indonesia have the potential to experience light rain today.

Based on weather forecast information uploaded by BMKG through the www.bmkg.go.id page quoted in Jakarta, Friday morning, the potential for light rain during the day will be experienced by a number of regions in Indonesia, namely Serang, Bengkulu, Jambi, Banjarmasin, Pangkalpinang, Tanjung Pinang, Bandar Lampung, Ambon, Ternate, Mataram and Manado.

Meanwhile, areas that will experience light rain at night are Banda Aceh, Bengkulu, Bandar Lampung, Ambon, Ternate, and Pekanbaru.

Only a few areas will experience the potential for moderate-intensity rain, such as Pontianak and Kendari during the day and Medan and Padang at night.

Sunny and cloudy weather will occur in a number of areas, including DKI Jakarta, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Tarakan, Kupang, Makassar and Jayapura.

Only Surabaya and Denpasar will experience sunny weather this morning.
