JAKARTA - The Jakarta Metro Police said that they have no plans to coordinate with the Bali Police in handling cases of alleged threats of violence with the reported party I Gede Aryastina alias Jerinx.

This also rejected Jerinx's statement that the investigation team had opened up the possibility of conducting an inspection in Bali.

"We are still investigating, we are still being invited (for clarification)," said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Yusri Yunus, to reporters on Monday, July 26.

Yusri also emphasized that in the legal mechanism, coordination between Polda will be carried out if the case has entered the investigation stage. This means that in that case there has been a criminal offense.

However, if it is still in the investigation stage, it is not necessary. This is because the investigative team can use other methods to obtain information from the reporting party or the reported party.

"It's not there yet, it's still an investigation. It's still an invitation unless later when it's up for fingerprints," said Yusri.

Previously, Jerinx had written on his personal Instagram account about the possibility of an examination of him being carried out in Bali. However, this matter still has to be coordinated first.

"However, it is possible to do it within the jurisdiction of the Bali Police without the need for me to come to Jakarta, although this option is still waiting for the internal coordination of the police and I have not received further information until this Monday, of course I welcome this effort with pleasure and pleasure," said Jerinx.
