FitAja! Collaboration Of 8 SOEs To Support Public Health

JAKARTA – SOE collaboration to deal with COVID-19 has been carried out again. Now eight SOEs have launched a digital health platform called FitAja! This application aims to expand and improve health services for the people in Indonesia.

The synergized SOEs are Mandiri Inhealth, Mandiri Capital Indonesia, Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Bio Farma, BRI Life, BNI Life, Axa Mandiri Financial Services, and also Pertamina Bina Medika IHC.

"God willing, with sincere intentions, this application will be useful for many people," said SOE Minister Erick Thohir in a statement quoted in Jakarta, Sunday, July 25.

Erick explained FitAja! is an application of the results of SOEs' mutual cooperation for the welfare of the Indonesian people. The synergy of SOEs engaged in the healthcare sector aims to support the implementation of government policies to break the chain of spread of COVID-19.

According to him, all activities that have been bothering patients and their families, especially during the pandemic, such as calling doctors, lining up, filling out forms to paying for drugs can be done directly through the application.

"I hope this is not just an echo or a launch, make sure the operation is correct and must be a solution and people's choice," said Erick.

FitAja app! is a transformation of Mandiri Inhealth Mobile (MiMo) which has been used by Mandiri Inhealth participants and has a wide health ecosystem.

The application makes it easier for people to face the new normal because it is enough to use a smart phone and without the need to leave the house, so the risk of contracting the virus will be minimal.

"The transformation and innovation of SOEs must be felt by the people. SOEs should never get tired of serving the Indonesian people," concluded Erick.

FitAja! offers a variety of services in one application ranging from health care needs, prevention, treatment, and provides easy access to consultations for participants, such as telemedicine, e-prescribing, e-claims, provider info, ordering and delivery of drugs, to a healthy lifestyle.

The application can be downloaded through the Google Play Store and Apple Store. Those who can access the application are specifically for Mandiri Inhealth insurance corporate participants, which can then be accessed by BRI Life, BNI Life and AXA Mandiri insurance corporate participants.
