BMKG: Some Parts Of Indonesia Are Forecasted To Be Cloudy, While In Jakarta There Will Be Strong Winds

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts partly cloudy parts of Indonesia on Wednesday, July 21 afternoon.

Reported by Antara, Wednesday, July 21, the information received from the BMKG stated that the areas predicted to be cloudy were Central Jakarta, Palangkaraya, Tanjung Pinang, Bandar Lampung, Mataram, Manado and Padang.

Meanwhile, cloudy skies are forecast for Banda Aceh, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Gorontalo, Jambi, Semarang, Pontianak, Tarakan, Ternate, Jayapura, Manokwari and Medan.

Meanwhile, areas with light rain forecast are Bengkulu, Bandung, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Pangkal Pinang, Ambon, Kendari and Palembang.

Moderate rains are forecasted for areas, namely Serang, Mamuju and Makassar. The sunny areas are Kupang, Pekanbaru and Surabaya.

The BMKG warned that a number of areas with the potential for heavy rain that could be accompanied by lightning or lightning and strong winds are Bengkulu, Lampung, Banten, West Java, Gorontalo, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, West Papua and Papua.

Areas that have the potential for rain that can be accompanied by lightning or thunder and strong winds are South Sumatra, DKI Jakarta, Central Kalimantan, and North Sulawesi, while areas with the potential for strong winds are East Nusa Tenggara and Maluku.

Meanwhile, BMKG conveyed an early warning of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in two areas in the capital city on Wednesday afternoon and evening, especially in South Jakarta and East Jakarta.

Light rain is also forecast in West Jakarta in the afternoon. Meanwhile, North Jakarta, Central Jakarta and the Thousand Islands are forecasted to be cloudy.

This morning, BMKG forecasts five cloudy areas in Jakarta. Only the Thousand Islands are forecasted for light rain. In the evening, cloudy weather is forecasted in five areas of Jakarta, only West Jakarta is forecasted to be cloudy.

The air temperature ranges from 24-33 degrees Celsius with air humidity ranging from 65-90 percent.
