3 Caucasians In Bali US, Russia And Ireland Prokes Violators Deported

BADUNG - Immigration Ministry of Law and Human Rights deported three foreign nationals (WNA) alias Caucasians in Bali for violating health protocols during the emergency PPKM.

The three foreigners who were deported in Bali were Murray Ross (Ireland), Ayala Aileen (United States) and Zulfia Kadarberdieva from Russia.

"Three foreigners who are found guilty and committed violations are recommended to be deported," said Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Bali Jamaruli Manihuruk at the Immigration Office Special Class I I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Monday, July 12.

The three Caucasians from the US, Ireland and Russia were deported to their respective countries. They were previously caught violating the emergency PPKM process during an operation in North Kuta, Badung, Bali on Thursday, July 9.

In the emergency PPKM judicial operation, the team found 17 violators, namely 3 Indonesian citizens and 14 foreigners.

Furthermore, according to the results of the investigation carried out by the Bali Satpol PP, against the 14 foreigners, the 3 foreigners were found guilty and violated the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 15 of 2021 concerning emergency PPKM in the Java and Bali regions.

Meanwhile, the deportation of Muraay Ross and Ayala Aileen will be carried out today. Meanwhile, Zulfia Kadarberdieva is still waiting for the availability of flight tickets to her country.

"According to the recommendation of the Satpol PP on July 9, 2021, the Head of the Class I Immigration Office Special TPI Ngurah Rai summoned the three foreigners for the deportation process," said Jamaruli.
