The decision to shift holidays and the abolition of collective leave was taken after Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Muhadjir Effendi held a meeting with three relevant ministers, namely the Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah, the Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil Qoumas, and the Minister of PANRB Tjahjo Kumolo. The meeting was held at the office of the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture.
