"In the future there will still be a lot of homework that must be done by ASN, including KPK employees who were just appointed on June 1, 2021," he said.

The orientation program must be implemented in order to meet the competency needs of employees so that they can carry out their functions as implementers of public policies, public services, and glue and unify the nation.

Later, the orientation curriculum will contain four training courses, namely the government administration system, the national development system, superior ASN policy directions, as well as the merit system and ASN management.

Furthermore, the orientation of ASN KPK employees will be held until October 2021 which is divided into 17 batches. The implementation method combines face-to-face online, face-to-face offline, and e-learning.

The orientation implementation will be divided into 3 programs, Program I for Implementing Positions and Functional Skills Positions, Program II for Administrator Positions, Supervisory Positions, First Expert Functional Positions, Young Expert Functional Positions and Middle Expert Functional Positions, Program III for High Leadership Positions and Positions Main Expert Functional.
