Firli Bahuri's Message To His Employees Who Become ASN: Give New Shares And Colors

JAKARTA - In collaboration with the State Administration Agency (LAN), 1,271 employees of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) began to carry out a series of orientations as State Civil Apparatus today or Wednesday, June 16.

This orientation activity is carried out online and offline. Where 50 people from each unit of the secretary general and deputies attended as representatives while the remaining 1,221 participated online.

In the opening of this activity, KPK Chair Firli Bahuri hoped that the orientation for thousands of employees who had been appointed as ASN could strengthen the professionalism, accountability, and independence of their employees.

"We hope that KPK employees can contribute and give new colors to the 4.2 million ASN currently in Indonesia," Firli said as quoted from his written statement, Wednesday, June 16.

Meanwhile, Deputy for Human Resources for Apparatus KemenPANRB Alex Denni, assured that becoming an ASN is the best choice for KPK employees so that they can do much for the country.

"In the future there will still be a lot of homework that must be done by ASN, including KPK employees who were just appointed on June 1, 2021," he said.

The orientation program must be implemented in order to meet the competency needs of employees so that they can carry out their functions as implementers of public policies, public services, and glue and unify the nation.

Later, the orientation curriculum will contain four training courses, namely the government administration system, the national development system, superior ASN policy directions, as well as the merit system and ASN management.

Furthermore, the orientation of ASN KPK employees will be held until October 2021 which is divided into 17 batches. The implementation method combines face-to-face online, face-to-face offline, and e-learning.

The orientation implementation will be divided into 3 programs, Program I for Implementing Positions and Functional Skills Positions, Program II for Administrator Positions, Supervisory Positions, First Expert Functional Positions, Young Expert Functional Positions and Middle Expert Functional Positions, Program III for High Leadership Positions and Positions Main Expert Functional.
