JAKARTA - PT Lintas Armada Indonesia is fully committed to resolving existing conflicts. This step is realized by correcting their internal affairs.

The company, which is based in Pluit, North Jakarta and is engaged in the management of commercial vessels, is trying to resolve all problems through mediation, including international transactions.

"One of the strategies we are doing is to replace our legal team with a team that is more professional and in line with the company's vision and mission," said Antonius Chandra, Director of PT Lintas Armada Indonesia in a press release, Saturday (15/8/2026).

Antonius then appointed De El Law Firm to fix all problems both internally and externally. They will later audit all legal problems that are related to the company.

However, in addition to changing his legal team. Antonius ensured that employees from other divisions continued to work under the PT Lintas Armada Indonesia flag every day.

"This step was taken to ensure that the legal struggle of PT Lintas Armada Indonesia is not tainted by individuals who seek personal gain in the midst of the business legal process," he explained.

Including international problems that are currently being faced with PT. Huihuangdao Huixin Import and Export, Co. Ltd. from China. The progress of the problem is now still mediated by his new team through the mediation channel.

"The essence of this problem is not the inability to pay, but a contractual obligation that cannot be fulfilled by the seller," he added.

As a form of good faith, Antonius admitted that he had deposited a fund of USD 950 thousand which was carried out gradually since May 2016. Meanwhile, the rest is still waiting for the company's obligations.

"With the assistance of the legal counsel of De El Law Firm, we are optimistic that the legal problem will be resolved quickly," he concluded.
