Danantara Housing Expo 2026: BRI Leads Collaboration with Himbara to Strengthen Housing Financing

JAKARTA - Danantara will hold the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 as part of support for the 3 Million House Program to expand public access to home ownership. The exhibition, which will take place on August 27-30, 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), presents a variety of housing options and financing solutions in one location.

Danantara Housing Expo brings together Danantara, the State-Owned Bank Association (Himbara), property developers, and supporting industry players in one ecosystem to expand public access to home ownership. At the event, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BRI was entrusted as the Event Coordinator as well as the Himbara Coordinator. Visitors can compare various housing options, consult on financing schemes, to apply for a home ownership loan (KPR) in one location.

This exhibition presents more than 200,000 housing units from various state-owned and private developers who are partners of the State-Owned Bank Association (Himbara) banks in various regions of Indonesia, including housing for low-income people (MBR) and non-MBR segments.

Various financing schemes are also available, including BRI mortgage offers in the form of a down payment starting at 1%, fixed interest rates starting at 2.75%, tenor up to 30 years, installments starting at Rp. 1 million, and free of provision and administration fees according to the applicable terms and conditions. The combination of housing options and financing schemes is expected to make it easier for people to realize their dream homes, especially for first-time home buyers.

BRI President Director Hery Gunardi welcomed the implementation of the Danantara Housing Expo as part of a joint effort to expand public access to home ownership. As part of Danantara, BRI also supports the synergy of various parties to strengthen the ecosystem of affordable housing provision.

"Through the Danantara Housing Expo, we hope that more Indonesian families can have decent housing. As the residential area develops, we believe that there will be a multiplier effect that will drive the local economy while opening up opportunities for SME entrepreneurs to grow," said Hery.
