In the same case, the panel of judges also sentenced two other defendants. M. Yasin was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison, while Sugeng Yulianto was sentenced to 1 year in prison for participating in the vandalism.
After the trial, Samuel's legal advisor stated that he was still considering the decision of the panel of judges before determining the next legal steps.
