JAKARTA - A civil dispute related to the payment of transportation services in the supply chain of the Sebulu Bridge Development Project Phase I, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, has reached its final point.
PT Yasa Patria Perkasa was declared to have committed wanprestasi against PT Diratu Gempita Cahaya based on the court's decision which has the force of law (inkracht van gewijsde).

Sogi hopes that the defendant will show good faith to voluntarily implement the ruling in order to avoid further enforcement steps.
