JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed lower on trading Tuesday, May 12. JCI closed down 1.09 percent or 50.37 points to 4,588.73 levels.

Closing the trade, 111 stocks rose, 281 shares fell, and 136 stocks were stagnant. The trading volume was recorded at 6.78 billion shares and was transacted at Rp.6.75 trillion.
