JAKARTA - The heir to the Cisumdawu Toll Road project land, M Rizky Firmansyah, reported the Sumedang District Court to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) regarding alleged abuse of authority in the disbursement of Rp190 billion in consignment money.

Meanwhile, Dadan was sentenced to 4 years and 8 months in prison along with the Head of Cilayung Uyun Village and two officials from the National Land Agency (BPN).

"I applied for PK2 on December 31, 2025. Meanwhile, the money was disbursed on March 10, 2026. That is, there is still an absolute legal process," he said.
Rizky emphasized that the nine determinations and nine checks previously issued by the Sumedang PN had never been canceled or withdrawn. Therefore, he questioned the legal basis for the disbursement of the money.
"The question that must be asked is how can it be, what is the legal basis? If the legal basis is only with a final and binding decision, what is the matter with the first BHT decision that we have?" he concluded.
