JAKARTA - Commissioner of PT Sinergi Karya Sejahtera (SKS) Setefani Novelia reported two of his business associates, initials XG and MT, to the Polda Metro Jaya for alleged crimes of embezzlement, fraud, and forgery. "Ibu Setefani contacted Brother Ron because we know his track record is quite vocal to help the collection to SOEs and it can be collected. Through his support and the legal team from Sabar Law Firm, Brother XG and MT entered," said Firdaus.
Firdaus suspects that XG took advantage of the situation by offering assistance and was ready to stand up for PT SKS. Because the assistance was given on the condition that XG had to enter the board of directors and become a majority shareholder of more than 50 percent.
After occupying the position of President Director, XG replaced the old finance staff with people of his choice and as a result, since September 2025 there has been no financial transparency.
"Since then, there has been no financial report to the company or more specifically to the commissioner, namely Ms. Stefani," said Firdaus.
Meanwhile, Setefani said that while demanding financial transparency from PT SKS officials, Bro Ron remained consistent in providing full support for the company and affected employees. Therefore, he also regretted the beating that Bro Ron experienced while helping PT SKS employees.
"Mr. Bro Ron has helped us a lot regarding our rights that were not given by XG and MT. He accompanied us so that there was clarity in the financial statements, because until now the April employees' salaries have not been paid and those who were unilaterally laid off did not receive severance pay," said Setefani.
Stefani emphasized that this police reporting step was a final legal effort after two summonses were ignored by the reported party. His party is committed to continuing to monitor this case until it is completed for the sake of justice for the management and all employees of PT SKS.
In addition to the report of embezzlement worth Rp9 billion, Setefani also gave a warning to creditors regarding the Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) Delay process that PT SKS is undergoing. He suspected that the process was a scenario or engineering that was deliberately created by the reported party.
"I ask the creditors to be very careful with the PKPU Sinergi Karya Sejahtera process. This is already a create or engineering rather than XG and MT," said Setefani.
