"It has been assessed, so the infrastructure aspect has been fulfilled," said Taat.
The match between Arema FC and Persebaya Surabaya is scheduled to take place on Tuesday (28/4).
The Malang Police have not been able to determine when the recommendation for permission to play can come out. However, the police are trying to make it as soon as possible.
