JAKARTA - The government has opened a massive recruitment of 35,476 personnel to manage the Red and White Village/Neighborhood Cooperative (KDKMP) and Red and White Fishermen Village (KNMP). This program is part of accelerating the operational network of national cooperatives which is targeted to reach tens of thousands of units.
Coordinating Minister for Food, Zulkifli Hasan, said the recruitment was carried out through the National Selection Committee (Panselnas) to recruit competent human resources in managing cooperatives and fishing villages.
"The government opens opportunities for the best sons and daughters of Indonesia to be involved in the management of the Red and White Village/Neighborhood Cooperative and the Red and White Fishing Village," he said, Wednesday, April 16.
Of the total needs, as many as 30,000 positions are intended for KDKMP cooperative managers under PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara. Meanwhile, another 5,476 positions are allocated for KNMP under PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara.
All participants who pass the selection will have the status of state-owned enterprise employees with a Fixed Term Work Agreement (PKWT) scheme for two years.
Registration is open from April 15 to April 24, 2026 through the official panselnas website. The selection is open to graduates of D3, D4, and S1 from all majors, with a minimum GPA of 2.75 and a maximum age of 35 years.
Zulkifli emphasized that the entire recruitment process was free of charge and asked the public to be alert to potential fraud.
"No party can guarantee approval. If someone asks for a reward, it must be a scam," he said.
He added that this recruitment is the initial stage to support the operational target of 30,000 to 40,000 KDKMP units by mid-2026. In total, the government targets the construction of up to 80,000 cooperative units throughout Indonesia.
"Recruitment will be carried out gradually in line with the development of the number of cooperatives," said Zulkifli.
