Pramono Mutasi and Appoints 11 DKI Officials: Jaksel Walkot to Head of the Office

DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung appointed and rotated 11 high-ranking pratama officials in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government environment.

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung appointed and rotated 11 high-ranking officials in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. A number of strategic positions are filled, including the Mayor of South Jakarta to the head of the service. This step is said to be part of strengthening governance as well as maintaining continuity of leadership at the bureaucratic level.

In his remarks, Pramono emphasized that the filling process for the position had gone through the appropriate mechanism, including the administrative stages and recommendations from related institutions.

"We need to convey that there is no misinterpretation, in this inauguration there are 11 officials who were inaugurated. Three people are effective starting today, four people starting June 1, three people starting August 1, and one person is waiting for the issuance of a decision letter for appointment as a principal functional official," said Pramono at the DKI Jakarta City Hall, Wednesday, April 15.

Pramono explained that the effective time arrangement of positions was carried out to avoid vacancy positions and minimize the appointment of acting (Plt).

"They will serve according to the time set in the decree. I and the Deputy Governor congratulate the newly appointed officials. Hopefully, they can quickly adjust and carry out their duties in the orchestra of the government we lead," he said.

Pramono also revealed that the selection process for officials was carried out through a suitability and decency test for three weeks. The determination of the name was carried out together with the deputy governor and the regional secretary with a talent management approach.

"In this appointment, the three of us; the governor, the deputy governor, and the secretary of state, communicate and discuss to determine the best names. We use talent management, and hopefully this is the best choice for Jakarta," explained Pramono.

The 11 officials who were inaugurated and transferred consisted of:

1. Syafrin Liputo as Mayor of South Jakarta Administration (TMT 1 June 2026)

2. Budi Awaludin as Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Office (TMT 1 June 2026)

3. Marulina Dewi Mutiara as Head of the DKI Jakarta Communication, Informatics, and Statistics Office (TMT 1 June 2026)

4. Tona Hutauruk as Head of the Regional Cooperation Bureau of the DKI Jakarta Regional Secretariat (TMT 1 June 2026)

5. Dudi Gardesi Asikin as Head of the DKI Jakarta Environment Service (since inauguration)

6. Purwanti Suryandari as Deputy Head of the DKI Jakarta Environment Service (since inauguration)

7. Asep Kuswanto as Assistant Deputy Governor for Spatial Planning (since inauguration)

8. Marulitua as the Head of the DKI Jakarta BPBD (temporary until the definitive official)

9. Ali Murtadho as Deputy Mayor of West Jakarta (TMT 1 August 2026)

10. Firmanudin as Deputy Mayor of South Jakarta (TMT 1 August 2026)

11. Imron as Secretary of West Jakarta City (TMT 1 August 2026)
