Based on the test results, a match of 99.9 percent was found stating that the man with the initials AS (50) was the biological father of the child born by the victim.

For his actions, the suspect was charged with Article 473 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) letter d of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code.
The suspect is threatened with a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison for committing violence or threats of violence to force intercourse against a person with disabilities.
