The contraflow lane expansion, which was originally two lanes, was applied from KM 48 to KM 66 in the direction of Cikampek, the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road section, on Thursday afternoon at 12.21 WIB.

It is stated that this traffic engineering is carried out as an effort to reduce vehicle density and support the smooth flow of homecoming to the eastern Trans Java region.

He said the adjustment of the number of contraflow lanes was carried out on a situational basis by considering the traffic conditions on the ground.
