SUBANG - The Jami Nurul Huda Mosque on the Pantura Line, Subang, West Java, is one of the favorite resting points for travelers during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr homecoming. Its strategic location on Jalan Raya Ciasem, open 24 hours, and supported by dozens of MSMEs make this mosque crowded with travelers from morning to evening.

The mosque, which has been standing since 1967, is located in Ciasem Girang, Ciasem District, Subang Regency. The Chairman of the DKM of the Nurul Huda Mosque, Maman Suparman, said that the large number of pilgrims could not be separated from the mosque's position on the main Pantura route and adequate facilities for rest.

"Every holiday season, this mosque is always crowded. Travelers come and go to rest, worship, or just to unwind before continuing their journey," said Maman Suparman, quoted from the official Kemenag website, Wednesday, March 18.

According to Maman, the Nurul Huda Mosque provides a comfortable resting area. Around it there are also about 30 UMKM tenants which make it easier for travelers to find food and drink without having to go far.

"MSMEs around the mosque help pilgrims. They can eat, drink, and rest easily. This makes the mosque more crowded and alive," he said.

Maman said that the number of travelers who stopped by could reach around 100 people per day. The management of the mosque has so far been carried out voluntarily, from donations from congregations, parking management, to the personal assistance of the manager when there is an urgent need.

However, behind the large number of activities, the manager still hopes for more attention from the government, especially for improving the welfare of marbots and strengthening the human resources of mosque managers.

One of the travelers, Hana Sudjana (38), a resident of Cilegon, Banten, admitted that he always stopped by the Nurul Huda Mosque when he went home to Indramayu via Pantura.

"Every time I go home through Pantura, I always stop by here. The place is comfortable and the facilities are complete," said Hana. He assessed that the existence of MSMEs around the mosque was an added value because it made the needs of travelers easier to meet.
