Suddenly Called to the Palace, Hasan Nasbi Admits He Does Not Know the President's Agenda

JAKARTA - Hasan Nasbi visited the Presidential Palace complex in Jakarta, after suddenly receiving a call to meet the President. However, the former Presidential Communication Chief admitted that he did not know the agenda of the meeting or his presence capacity.

"It was half past one in the morning on WA by Protocol. There was a joint agenda with the President, he said. But I don't know the agenda yet. To be honest, I really don't know," Hasan told reporters, Thursday, March 12.

When asked what capacity he was called, Hasan repeatedly answered he didn't know. "I don't know, I don't know," he said.

Hasan said this was not the first time he had been invited to a forum with the President. Previously, he had also attended a meeting in Hambalang. However, according to him, his presence at that time was not in a certain capacity.

"Iya, diajak rapat saja. Belum sebagai apa-apa. Belum ada sebagai apa-apa," katanya.

In the midst of the issue of reshuffle and the possibility of him returning to the government, Hasan emphasized that there had been no talks in that direction.

"There is no information yet. I have no information yet. There has been no talk yet," he said.

He said the previous meeting discussed the current conditions, including the war abroad and Indonesia's steps to avoid being trapped in a crisis. In the meeting, said Hasan, he only listened to the discussion of the ministers.

"Topics are current conditions. We are there, there is another war, how does Indonesia deal with it so that we are not trapped in a crisis, what is the solution, various things. But it's the ministers who are talking. I just listen," said Hasan.
