JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) has started to distribute education assistance through the Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) Plus Phase I 2026 program to 707,477 students in Jakarta.
The Head of the DKI Jakarta Education Office, Nahdiana, said that the first phase of the KJP Plus allocation was carried out gradually since the beginning of March.
"The distribution of the KJP Plus phase I fund in 2026 will be carried out gradually starting March 5, 2026," Nahdiana said in a statement, Friday, March 6.
Hundreds of thousands of recipients of this assistance come from various levels of education. Starting from elementary/middle school students, junior high/middle school students, high school/vocational school students, vocational schools, to learners in Learning Activities Centers (SKB) and Special Schools (SLB).

In the first phase of this year, the DKI Provincial Government allocated a budget of Rp. 1,620,226,200,366 for the program. The funds were prepared to support the educational needs of KJP Plus recipients throughout the period of distribution of Phase I.
