JAKARTA - The Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Jakarta officially launched the Together Breaking the Fast (Iftar) Program and the distribution of dates from King Salman to Muslims in various cities in Indonesia during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Indonesia, Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Amudi, as reported by Antara, said that this initiative is a form of great attention from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to their brothers in Indonesia.
"This program will be carried out in various cities and regions in Indonesia throughout the month of Ramadan," said Ambassador Al-Amudi after inaugurating the program at the Saudi Embassy, Jakarta, Thursday.

Deputy Chairperson of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), Muhammad Cholil Nafis, who was also present at the event, conveyed his deep appreciation for this initiative.
