JAKARTA - The Minister of Basic and Secondary Education (Mendikdasmen) Abdul Mu'ti proposed an additional cost budget (ABT) for post-disaster recovery in Aceh Province, North Sumatra and West Sumatra of Rp. 2.4 trillion.
