JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that the compliance rate for the submission of periodic wealth reports of state administrators (LHKPN) for the 2025 reporting year only reached 35.52 percent as of January 31, 2026.
Meanwhile, the deadline for reporting is no later than March 31, 2026 through the elhkpn.kpk.go.id website.
"This achievement still needs to be improved, considering that the LHKPN reporting obligation is an important instrument in encouraging transparency and accountability in state administration," said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo, Monday, February 2.
Budi explained that the KPK considered compliance with the LHKPN reporting to be a manifestation of personal and institutional commitment in building integrity as well as part of efforts to prevent corruption early on.
Therefore, he said, reporting the LHKPN at the beginning of time is also a positive example for the work environment and the community in implementing the principles of transparency and accountability as a public official.
He then said that the KPK appealed to all state organizers or those who must report who have not reported LHKPN to immediately submit a report correctly, completely and on time.
"This obligation applies to the heads of state institutions, ministers of the Red and White Cabinet, heads of government and non-structural institutions, regional heads, DPRD leaders, and directors of SOEs and BUMD throughout Indonesia," he said.
On the other hand, he reminded state organizers or those who must report to pay attention to a number of important points in the process of filling out the LHKPN. For example, regarding the validation of population identity number data to pay attention to the completeness of all documents, including power of attorney.
"The power of attorney format can be downloaded through the e-Filing application on the elhkpn.kpk.go.id portal on the LHKPN History menu, the action column and the power of attorney print button," he explained.
Furthermore, he explained that the power of attorney that has been prepared must be accompanied by a stamp or electronic (e-stamp) worth Rp. 10,000.
"If you are required to report using a stamp, you must submit it to the LHKPN Registration and Inspection Directorate at the KPK Red and White Building, Jakarta. On the other hand, if you are required to report using an electronic seal, you only need to upload it back to the LHKPN portal," he said.
However, he said that if the state organizer or the person who must report experiences difficulties in filling out and submitting the LHKPN, the KPK opens a room for assistance and assistance.
"Further information can be obtained through the Directorate of Registration and Inspection of LHKPN KPK through e-mail [email protected] or the KPK Call Center at 198," he explained.
Meanwhile, he said the KPK would carry out administrative verification of each LHKPN submitted by state organizers or those who must report.
"After it is declared complete, the LHKPN will be immediately published so that it can be accessed by the public as a form of openness of public information," he said.
