MEULABOH - The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of West Aceh Regency stated that so far 14 hectares of land that had been burned in three sub-districts in the area had been successfully extinguished after a joint team carried out extinguishing efforts at a number of points.

Acting Head of the West Aceh Regency BPBD Teuku Ronald Nehdiansyah said that out of a total of 19 hectares of land affected by the fire, most of it had been successfully handled.
