Latest Information On CPNS 2021 Registration, KemenpanRB: Still Being Prepared

JAKARTA - Announcement and registration of prospective civil servant recruitment (CPNS) 2021 are still waiting for the preparation to be completed. Thus, CPNS registration will not be opened on May 31, 2021.

“It's still being prepared (recruitment process). Hopefully in the near future it will be delivered (the CPNS registration schedule)," said Acting (Plt) Head of the Legal, Communication and Public Information Bureau (HUKIP) of the RB Kemenpan Mohammad Averrouce when contacted in Jakarta, reported by Antara, Monday, May 31.

However, he did not mention what things are still being prepared by the Kemenpan RB and the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) for the opening of this year's CPNS recruitment.

He also has not been able to confirm the publication date of the announcement of CPNS recruitment and the schedule for the opening of registration for civil servant selection.

Head of BKN Bima Haria Wibisana announced on Friday, May 28 that the schedule for the CPNS selection has not yet been determined and will be informed further.

The reason is that there are several regulations for the procurement of CPNS, Government Employees with Non-Teacher Work Agreements (PPPK), and Teacher PPPKs for 2021 which have not been stipulated by the government, said Bima as written in letter number 4761/B-KP.03/SD/K/ 2021.

Not only that, BKN is also still waiting for the proposed revision of the need determination (formation) by several agencies, so that the schedule for the implementation of CPNS recruitment is canceled at the end of this month.

The head of the BKN in the same letter asked the staffing officer (PPK) to prepare an activity plan and budget for the implementation of basic competency selection for CPNS and selection of non-teacher PPPK competencies in accordance with the available formations.

Meanwhile, the cost of PPPK Guru competency selection in 2021 will be borne by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, said the announcement from BKN.

The Head of BKN, as stated in the letter, requires each central and regional agency, which opens recruitment, to form an Agency Procurement Selection Committee Team, Verification Officer, Verification Technical Instructions, and Agency Helpdesk Officer.

Other points conveyed by BKN to officials at the central and regional levels, namely that each agency that will use the Central BKN building, BKN regional offices, and BKN technical organizing units as test locations must submit a proposal no later than June 4, 2021.

"(The letter) is addressed to the head of BKN through the head of the selection system development center for central agencies and the head of the local BKN regional office for regional agencies," said one of the contents of the letter.
