In addition, continued Andi, the suspect NF also admitted that he had smuggled narcotics out of the area three times since some time ago from different locations.
It is known that he had smuggled 1.5 kg of methamphetamine from Batam, Riau Islands to Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara at the request of Muhammad Rizky (nickname) and was paid Rp. 40 million.
Then, he once smuggled one kilogram of methamphetamine from Batam to Surabaya, East Java, at the request of Muslim, and received a salary of Rp. 20 million.
The suspect also once carried two kilograms of methamphetamine from Pekanbaru, Riau to Mataram also at the behest of Muslim with a higher wage of Rp. 50 million.
"This is the fourth time that it has failed. The three names mentioned are in the DPO, and we already know their characteristics. The joint team is still developing this case," he said.
For his actions, the suspect NF was charged with Article 609 Paragraph (2) letter a of Law Number 1 of 2026 concerning Criminal Adjustment Sub Article 114 Paragraph (2) Sub Article 115 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
