Five Suspects in the Murder of Brigadier General Esco Handled to Mataram District Attorney's Office

MATARAM - Investigators from the West Lombok Police (Lobar), West Nusa Tenggara, handed over five suspects and evidence in the murder case of Brigadier Esco Faska Rely to the public prosecutor at the Mataram District Prosecutor's Office.

Head of Operational Development (KBO) of the West Lombok Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Ipda Dimas Prabowo, confirmed the implementation of the handover of suspects and evidence or the legal term was called the second stage of the case.

"For today we hand over the suspects and evidence to the prosecutor for five suspects," said Dimas as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, January 13.

He ensured that investigators handed over all the evidence to the public prosecutor.

From observation, one by one the evidence was checked. Likewise, with the examination of the suspects at the Mataram District Attorney's Office, all suspects were examined including Brigadier Rizka Sintiani who is the wife and is one of the suspects.

"So, everything is complete," he said.

For the follow-up of the second phase, Dimas admitted that it was beyond his authority, considering that the authority had been transferred to the public prosecutor.

Meanwhile, the Prosecutor's Office followed up on the second stage by continuing to detain the five suspects.

For the two female suspects, namely Brigadier General Rizka Sintiani together with Nuraini at the Mataram Women's Prison. Meanwhile, the other three, namely Saihun, Pauzi, and Dani are being held at the West Lombok Prison.
