Belgium joined South Africa (Afsel) in filing a lawsuit with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) accusing Israel of committing genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
Citing AFP, Wednesday, December 24, the UN's highest court, based in The Hague, Netherlands, said in a statement on Tuesday, December 23, that Belgium had filed a declaration of intervention in the case.
