JAKARTA - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) transferred the detention of the inactive East Kolaka Regent Abd Azis to the Kendari Detention Center on Monday, December 8. This process is closely guarded by local police personnel.

Apart from Abd Azis, three other detainees were transferred from the KPK Detention Center, Jakarta. They are Ageng Dermanto, Andi Lukman Hakim Amin, and Yasin.
Meanwhile, Abd Azis was also presented as a witness for Arif Rahman as KSO of PT Pilar Pintar Pintar Putra (PCP) and a representative from PT PCP, Deddy Karnady today at the Kendari Corruption Court. Meanwhile, Abdul Azis, Ageng Dermanto, and Andi Lukman as bribe recipients were suspected of violating Article 12 Letter a or b or Article 11 and Article 12 B of the Anti-Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
