JAKARTA - The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (Kemendiktisaintek) has formulated a number of recovery action plans for the impact of disasters in Sumatra, including the exemption of Single Lecture Money (UKT) from 1 to 2 semesters for students affected or from families affected by disasters.
