JAKARTA - Ustaz Adi Hidayat handed over Rp14.3 billion in humanitarian funds from the Indonesian people to Palestine through the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI).
The funds are planned to be allocated for the construction of a hospital in Hebron City, Palestine.
"We are called based on the mandate of the 1945 Constitution to equally contribute in helping others. We handed over one million U.S. dollars to help Palestine through MUI," Adi Hidayat said while handing over aid at mui central office, Jakarta as reported by Antara, Monday, May 24.
