Saragih explained that the BPK also recorded a shortage of land maturation work volume and construction of the Kaltara KPU fence of Rp. 61,362,130.58, a shortage of fuel procurement volume during January December 2023, as well as overpayment of campaign audit funds for 18 political parties participating in the 2024 election worth Rp46,909,081.89.
"This series of findings cannot be underestimated, as long as there are state losses and abuse of authority through violations of the constitution and regulations, there are sufficient elements of corruption," he said.
