West Java Regional Police dismantled the clinical laboratory or narcotics dark laboratory located in the Bogor and Cimahi areas.

Director of Drug Investigation at the West Java Police, Kombes Pol. Albert RD, said that the three locations of the narcotics laboratory were known to produce marijuana and synthetic tobacco.

"From the findings of the clinical laboratory, we managed to apprehend six suspects from the results of Operation Antik Lodaya 2025," said Albert in Bandung, Thursday.

Albert explained that the dark laboratory is known to store various chemicals and reaction equipment used to produce narcotics independently.

The 'Clandestine lab produces marijuana, synthetic tobacco, and another synthetic tobacco in a different location,' he said.

Albert added that the West Java Regional Police's Narcotics Investigation Directorate together with all police officers are committed to not providing the slightest space for drug trafficking in the West Java region.

"We are eradicating together with the community. We invite the public to continue to actively provide information, and we guarantee their safety," he said.

He said all suspects had now been detained for further investigation. The perpetrators are threatened with heavy articles in Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.

The articles imposed are Article 114, Article 112, and Article 127, with a maximum penalty of death or life imprisonment. The fines imposed range from Rp. 1 billion to Rp. 10 billion," he said.
