80 People One RT In Cipayung Hit By COVID-19 Because Of Eid Al-Fitr, This Is The Response Of Wagub DKI

JAKARTA - A total of 80 people in one RT Cipayung, East Jakarta, were exposed to COVID-19. Wagub DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria mentioned that rt Cipayung cluster appeared after Eid al-Fitr.

"About 80 (people) were found (exposed to COVID-19) in Cipayung while allegedly due to residents who visited each other's Eid silaturahim so that 1 RT, at RT 003 RW 003 in Cilangkap was infected and already under to Wisma Atlet. We ask the people in the place to be isolated carefully and also all citizens of DKI more careful," Wagub DKI Riza told reporters at City Hall, Friday, May 21.

Wagub Riza confirmed his party through the Governor of DKI Anies Baswedan has made a circular before Eid al-Fitr. The circular contains recommendations for the citizens of the Capital not to go home, not to hold physical silahturami Lebaran including open houses.

"It is evident for residents who make friendly visits there is contact and eventually there is contagion," Riza said.
