Passing The Administrative Selection, Former Spokesperson For Tessa Mahardhika Becomes A Candidate For KPK Investigation Director

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) announced the name of a candidate for a high-ranking Pratama leader who passed the administrative selection. One of them is Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto who registered as Director of Investigation of the KPK.

For information, Tessa Mahardhika previously occupied the position of head of the task force (kasatgas) for the KPK investigation team. He was then appointed as Spokesperson for the KPK replacing Ali Fikri in June 2024 and appointed as acting (Plt) Director of Investigation at the end of May 2025.

Apart from Tessa, there are four other names that have qualified for the next stage. They are Achmad Taufik and Arif Abdul Halim who came from the internal anti-corruption commission and Farhan who came from the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, namely Farhan.

Meanwhile, for the position of Head of the Legal Bureau, there are seven names of candidates, three of whom come from the Ministry of Law. There are also those from the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) and the Ministry of SOEs.

Then, the position with the most interest is the Director of Community Participation Development. There are 52 names of candidates from various agencies.

Furthermore, there are five names of candidates for the Director of Prosecution who are also declared to have passed the administrative selection. Four of them came from the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, namely Adhriyansah, Agustinus Heri Mulyanto, Dandeni Herdiana, and Wagiyo. Meanwhile, one other name came from the KPK, namely Prosecutor Budhi S.

Then, for the position of Director of Coordination and Supervision of Region V, there are 14 names of candidates, one of which is Maria Ivonne Tarigan, who comes from the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The position of Director of Corruption Detection and Analysis has eight names of candidates, seven of whom are from the KPK. One other person, Dzikran Kurniawan, came from the Jakarta Provincial Government.

"The next stage is the writing of a policy briefing or paper and presentation material that will be carried out offline," reads the announcement letter issued on Friday, November 7.

This stage is carried out at the State Civil Service Agency, East Jakarta, Friday, November 14. They are required to bring equipment as uploaded when registering such as the Identity Card (KTP) and the original certificate or the final education legalization diploma.

Participants who do not participate in the series of selections according to the predetermined schedule are considered to resign and are declared dead and not entitled to follow the next selection stage. The cost of transportation and accommodation of participants while participating in the entire series of selection activities is borne by each participant.

The candidates for high-ranking KPK leaders were announced based on the announcement of KPK NUMBER B/002/PANSELKPK/11/2025 signed by the Chairperson of the Selection Committee Ranu Mihardja.

Previously reported, the KPK held an open selection for six Primary High Leadership Positions (JPT). This selection was carried out by the selection committee (pansel) consisting of internal and external parties of the KPK.

The Secretary General of the KPK, Cahya Herefa, said the six positions were, the Head of the Legal Bureau, the Director of Community Participation Development, the Director of Investigation, the Director of Prosecution, the Director of Coordination and Supervision of Region V, and the Director of Corruption Detection and Analysis.

This selection, specifically for civil servants (PNS) and officially opened on Monday, October 20. The results of the candidate will be announced in December 2025.
