Danantara Appreciates Algeria's Commitment To Maintaining Palestine's Peace And Struggle

JAKARTA Indonesia menilai tinggi peran Algeria di kancah global. Menteri Investasi dan Hilirisasi sekaligus CEO Danantara, Rosan Roeslani, secara terbuka menyampaikan apresiasinya atas komitmen kuat Algeria dalam menjaga keamanan dunia, terutama dalam mendukung penuh perjuangan kemerdekaan rakyat Palestina.

This appreciation was conveyed by Rosan in his remarks at the Algerian "National Day" celebration which was held in Jakarta on Monday (3/10) night.

"Indonesia considers Algeria's commitment to maintaining world peace and security, especially in fighting for the right to self-determination and state for the Palestinian people," said Rosan, affirming Indonesia's position in line with Algeria in this crucial issue.

Strengthen Strategic Collaboration In Africa

In addition to focusing on global issues, Rosan also highlighted Algeria's steps in expanding its regional reach. He warmly welcomed the participation of the North African country in the 58th ASEAN Foreign Ministers Meeting in July 2025.

Rosan stressed that Indonesia will continue to strive to strengthen relations with its close friends in Africa, including Algeria, for a deeper and more productive partnership.

"We also continue to strive to strengthen strategic and productive collaboration with our close friends in Africa, including Algeria. These important steps will further strengthen and deepen partnerships between the two countries," he concluded, signaling a new era of collaboration between Indonesia and Algeria in various sectors.
