Three Prostitutes Arrested By Satpol PP In Localization Of Prostitution Gang Royal Penjaringan

JAKARTA - The Satpol PP of Penjaringan Subdistrict has again raided the localization place for the "Gang Royal" prostitution of Penjaringan, North Jakarta. The raid was carried out on Saturday night, October 18, 2025.

During the raid, dozens of Satpol PP officers managed to secure 3 female commercial sex workers (PSK) who were selling themselves in royal localization.

"It's just selling coffee, but it was caught in (in) the room," said Head of the Satpol PP Penjaringan District, Selvi Rachmawati when confirmed, Sunday, October 19, 2025.

Based on his identity card, the three prostitutes are not residents of Jakarta. They are immigrants from outside the region.

When secured by officers, the three prostitutes continued to struggle to be released. Even sobs also colored the operation to control the prostitutes.

Although the area has been brought under control previously, the existence of prostitution practices in the area is still happening. Usually, prostitutes who hang out in the area often do cats to Satpol PP officers.

"Usually they are cats (while operating). This activity follows up on residents' reports regarding activities in the former royal localization of the Penjaringan Village area," he said.

For further processing, the three prostitutes were taken to the Penjaringan District Office for data collection. Then they were taken to the Social Rehabilitation Center in the East Jakarta area.
