Attorney General Transfers A Number Of Kajati, Ketut Sumedana Shifts From Bali To South Sumatra

Attorney General ST Burhanuddin has transferred a number of positions in the Prosecutor's Office, including the head of the high prosecutor's office (Kajati) in various regions in Indonesia.

The mutation was stated in the Decree of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia Number 854 of 2025 dated October 13, 2025 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of and in the Structural Position of Civil Servants of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office.

Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office, Anang Supriatna, said this mutation was in the context of organizational refreshment.

"It is true that there have been a number of mutations in the ranks of the Prosecutor's Office where this is part of the rotation and transfer of positions in the context of refreshment the organization is also part of promotion," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, October 13.

In the decree, a total of 73 officials were transferred.

A number of positions transferred were the head of the high prosecutor's office, including Sutikno, who previously served as Director of Prosecution at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office, was transferred to become Head of the Riau High Prosecutor's Office.

Next, Ketut Sumedana, who previously occupied the position of Head of the Bali High Prosecutor's Office, was transferred to become Head of the South Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office.

Then, Chatarina Muliana, who previously served as the Main Expert Prosecutor at the Deputy Attorney General for the Development of the Attorney General's Office (Jaksa assigned to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology), now serves as Head of the Bali High Prosecutor's Office.

Then Hermon Dekristo, who previously served as Head of the Jambi High Prosecutor's Office, is now the Head of the West Java High Prosecutor's Office, and Emilwan Ridwan as Head of the Asset Settlement Center at the Attorney General's Asset Recovery Agency which was transferred to the Head of the West Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office.

In addition to the head of the high prosecutor's office, a number of strategic positions also experienced reshuffles, including Sofyan, who served as Deputy Head of the North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office, was transferred to Head of the Asset Settlement Center at the Attorney General's Asset Recovery Agency.

Next, Chaerul Amir, who previously served as the Main Expert Prosecutor at the Deputy Attorney General for Military Crimes (Jampidmil) at the Attorney General's Office, was transferred to become Jampidmil Secretary at the Attorney General's Office.

Furthermore, Pandapotan Simaremare, who previously served as Deputy Head of the South Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office, is now Director I at the Deputy Attorney General for Intelligence (Jamintel) of the Attorney General's Office.

Then, Yuni Daru Winarsih as Head of the West Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office who was transferred to become Director of State Administration at the Deputy Attorney General for Civil and State Administration (Jamdatun) of the Attorney General's Office, and Riono Budisantoso from the previous Head of the DI Yogyakarta High Prosecutor's Office to become Director of Prosecution at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office.
